Sky Cruiser would fit best in a **midrange or tempo deck that reliably generates Gear cards**, especially a deck that can afford to spend a card from hand for flexible removal and wants to keep pressure on the board while answering medium-sized units; it is strongest when your deck has **extra artifacts/gear synergies, discard/value recursion, or a need for reach at any battlefield**. That said, the rate is only decent: **4 energy to play, then discard a Gear plus exhaust to deal 4** is fairly costly and situational, so in most decks it will be outclassed by **cheaper, more immediate removal or units that provide value without an extra discard cost**. If there are cards in Riftbound that deal similar damage for less total resource investment, those are usually better unless your deck specifically needs the “deal 4 anywhere” flexibility and has plentiful spare Gear. Overall, **it should see play only in dedicated Gear-focused builds or as a meta call**, not as a general staple.
