**Arise!** belongs in a midrange or board‑centric Equipment deck that consistently sticks multiple Equipment pieces early—ideally a red/blood (:rb_might:) aggressive shell that turns weapons into wide board presence and leverages “on‑ready” or attack‑trigger synergies. The card scales with your Equipment count, so it’s best in lists running 6–10 cheap, durable Equipment and token payoffs (anthem effects, sacrifice outlets, or attack triggers), letting the two readied Soldiers immediately pressure or enable combos.
