Forecaster is best in a Mech‑centric deck that cares about top‑deck manipulation, consistency, and setting up draw quality—especially combo or tempo Mech builds that want to filter away dead cards and dig toward key pieces while maintaining board presence. Granting Vision to all your Mechs turns every Mech you play into incremental deck smoothing, which is strongest in lists running a high Mech density and cards that benefit from recycling (such as effects that trigger on shuffle or that want specific cards in hand rather than on top).
