Lightning Rush looks best in a fast, combo-oriented or value-heavy spell deck that wants deck filtering, graveyard access, and cheap card selection rather than raw combat power, especially if it can reliably generate the [Flow] cost so it can be used twice for one card. It helps find key pieces, smooths draws, and slightly thins the deck, so decks with important singletons, spell synergies, or trash/banish synergies benefit most. That said, if your deck just wants efficient card draw, there are often better cards because “look at 3, take 1” is good but not especially explosive for 1 mana, and the Flow cost may be awkward unless your deck is built to support it; if there are stronger options in your card pool, you’d usually prefer a cheaper unconditional draw spell, a cantrip that also generates tempo, or a graveyard-friendly card that gives more than one card’s worth of advantage.
