Mister Root fits best in aggressive or tempo-focused Chaos decks that value early board presence and XP acceleration, since being a 2‑cost unit with optional Accelerate lets it enter ready for immediate pressure while generating 2 XP whenever it moves to a battlefield, rewarding mobility and multi‑lane strategies. Decks built around frequent battlefield movement, XP payoffs, or early snowballing will benefit most, especially if they can consistently afford the extra :rb_energy_1::rb_rune_chaos: to maintain tempo. However, if there are other 2‑cost units that provide direct board impact (such as immediate damage, stronger stats, or guaranteed value without requiring movement), those may be more efficient in raw tempo terms; similarly, dedicated XP engines that generate more than 2 XP per trigger or do so passively could outclass it in combo builds.
