Premonition is best suited for reactive, spell-dense control or combo decks that value instant-speed card flow and flexibility, especially ones that want to hold up resources and respond before key spells or abilities resolve; being able to draw 3 at reaction speed lets you dig for counters, combo pieces, or protection exactly when you need them. However, whether it should see play depends on efficiency within the card pool—if there are cheaper or more tempo-positive draw options (such as a 1-cost instant draw 2, or a 2-cost draw 3 without additional constraints, or draw spells that also provide board impact), those would generally be stronger due to better rate or added utility. If Premonition has no additional drawback, 2-cost draw 3 at reaction speed is quite powerful and likely playable in slower control or combo archetypes, but aggressive decks would probably avoid it since it doesn’t affect the board or advance pressure.
