Peak Guardian would fit best in a midrange or board-centric battlefield deck that aims to stack and maintain :rb_might: buffs across multiple units, especially one that can reliably establish a strong presence at a single battlefield before turn 6 so its secondary team-wide buff consistently triggers; it’s particularly appealing in archetypes that either care about units having :rb_might: (synergy payoffs) or that struggle to naturally access buffs. However, at 6 cost, it competes with higher-impact finishers or immediate swing cards, and if there are cheaper, repeatable buff engines or units that grant multiple buffs without the “if not already buffed” restriction, those would generally be better due to efficiency and tempo. Peak Guardian is playable if the format is slower and board stalls are common, but in faster or removal-heavy metas it’s likely too fair and conditional to be a staple unless your deck is specifically built to maximize its battlefield-wide buff trigger.
