A chaos-themed deck that thrives on unpredictability and randomness would benefit from using Scrambleverse, as it can create chaotic and fun board states where players have to adapt to constantly changing control of permanents. While Scrambleverse can be a fun and unique card to include for casual play or in a chaos deck, it may not be the most competitive option due to its high mana cost and the potential for it to backfire. Other cards like Warp World or Thieves' Auction could offer similar chaotic effects with potentially less risk, making them better choices for more serious gameplay.

Once Scrambleverse starts to resolve, no player may respond until it has finished resolving. For example, you can’t wait to see who will control a creature before deciding whether or not to activate one of its abilities.
