Soul’s Reflection looks best in a low-curve control or tempo deck that naturally uses Empower as part of its plan, especially if it can repeatedly trigger “when you empower something else” for free while also turning the card into a flexible late-game debuff/removal tool; the ideal home is a deck with lots of small empowerment effects and battlefield interaction, not a pure aggro deck. That said, whether it should see play depends on how efficient the format’s other 0-cost Legends are: if there are cards that provide immediate board impact, card advantage, or removal without needing setup, those are usually better, because Soul’s Reflection asks you to first empower other things before it becomes value and then spends itself for only a temporary -2 Might, which is solid but not game-breaking.
