Eclipse Herald would fit best in a stun-focused midrange or control deck that can reliably trigger its effect multiple times in a turn, since repeatedly stunning enemy units effectively “readies” it for additional attacks and stacks its +1 :rb_might: buff for strong burst damage potential. It’s especially powerful in builds with cheap, repeatable stun effects or multi-target stun cards, turning it into a scaling finisher rather than just a 7-cost body; however, in decks that only stun occasionally, it’s likely too slow and inconsistent for its cost.
