Yuumi – Magical Cat fits best in midrange or tempo decks that build around board presence and combat trades, especially lists that want to stack stats on a key attacker or protect a high‑value carry; her repeatable +3 :rb_might: and [Tank] on attack or defense makes her excellent in unit-dense builds with sticky threats, lifesteal units, or on-hit effects that benefit from surviving combat. She’s weaker in control (too combat-focused) and pure aggro (3-cost support piece that doesn’t push immediate face damage), and she can be underwhelming if your board is empty or removal-heavy metas punish setup. Compared to more self-sufficient 3-cost threats that generate value immediately or have built-in protection, Yuumi is more synergy-dependent, so in formats with premium standalone 3-drops she may be the weaker option; however, in synergy-driven or combat-centric metas she’s a strong role-player and can absolutely see play as a 2–3x inclusion in decks built to exploit her buff and Tank grant
