Rell – Magnetic fits best in a midrange or tempo Equipment-focused deck that can consistently run multiple low-cost (2 Energy or less) Equipment cards with strong on-attach or combat-impact effects, since she generates free tempo by cheating them into play on attack while also acting as a durable frontline unit thanks to Tank. She’s especially strong in builds that want to snowball board presence through repeated Equipment value rather than pure stat efficiency. However, if the format includes cheaper or more immediately impactful Equipment enablers (such as units that reduce Equipment costs globally, tutor Equipment directly, or trigger on both attack and defense), those may be more consistent than Rell, who requires attacking and surviving to generate value.
