Solari Sunhawk looks best in proactive midrange or tempo decks that want an efficient 3-cost unit early and can reliably spare 2 energy later to turn it into a sturdier, harder-to-target threat, so it especially fits lists that care about board presence, stat-efficient attackers, and protecting key units rather than all-in aggro or slow control; based on the text alone, it seems solid but not obviously format-defining, because the base body needs the later Empower investment before it becomes truly annoying, so decks that cannot consistently use that extra energy will find it mediocre, while decks that can curve out and then upgrade it will like it as a sticky attacker or defender; whether there are better cards depends on your region/card pool, but in general any 3-cost unit that gives immediate value on play, stronger raw stats without needing extra energy, or built-in protection from the start would be preferable, so I would call Sunhawk a playable role-player rather than an auto-in
