**Bullet Time** fits best in a **rainbow-ramp or multi‑rune control deck** that can generate large amounts of flexible :rb_rune_rainbow: and wants scalable, board‑wide removal; because it costs only 1 to play and converts extra resources directly into damage, it’s especially strong in late‑game builds that float excess runes or can spike resource production in a single turn. It’s less impressive in aggressive or low‑curve decks, since small payments won’t justify the card slot compared to cheaper fixed sweepers. If Spell Riftbound includes more efficient board wipes (for example, a 3–4 cost spell that deals flat 3–5 damage to all enemies without additional investment), those would generally be better in midrange or tempo shells due to reliability and resource efficiency, but Bullet Time outscales them in heavy ramp lists and offers flexibility during showdowns. Overall, it should see play primarily as a late‑game scalable sweeper in rainbow control, but not as a staple outside that arc
