While Chain Lightning is a strong card for its efficiency and potential for additional damage, some may argue that Lightning Bolt is a better option due to its flexibility in targeting creatures as well. However, Chain Lightning can still be a strong choice in decks that prioritize direct damage to the opponent and can definitely see play in the right aggressive strategies.
