Dramatic Visionary fits best in midrange or control decks that value incremental advantage and deck smoothing, especially ones that can reliably trigger Deathknell (through sacrifice outlets, self-removal, or natural trading in combat) and that care about finding specific combo pieces or late-game bombs; Predict 2 on death is strongest in slower Riftbound builds that want to filter draws, set up recursion, or avoid dead topdecks rather than in aggressive decks that can’t afford a 4-cost tempo-neutral body. It’s particularly solid in sacrifice-synergy shells or value-grind archetypes where triggering Deathknell is part of the game plan, effectively turning it into delayed card selection.
