Draven – Audacious fits best in an aggressive or midrange combat-focused deck that reliably wins battles each turn, especially ones that can grant evasion, stat boosts, or extra combat phases to consistently trigger his scoring ability while minimizing the downside of giving opponents a point on death; decks that pressure early and force awkward blocks will benefit most from his repeatable point generation. The [Deflect] tax makes him resilient to targeted removal, so rune-flexible or tempo-based builds that punish opponents for holding up resources synergize well with him. However, if the meta favors hard removal that doesn’t target, mass damage, or control decks that can stall combat, there may be stronger, lower-risk scoring units that generate points passively without conceding any on death—such as resilient engines or backline scorers that don’t require winning combat.
