Eclipse Dragon looks best in a low-rune, tempo-oriented or “mobile threats” deck that can actually trigger its movement draw while also valuing a ready-on-entry attacker for surprise pressure, but at 8 cost it is very expensive, so it only makes sense if your deck reliably ramps, repositions units a lot, or can convert the extra card draw into immediate board advantage; in most cases, though, there are likely better 8-cost options unless your deck specifically wants a big body with card advantage attached, because the draw clause is conditional and the Accelerate payment is an extra tax. If your environment has stronger finishers that provide guaranteed impact, removal, or a more stable payoff without needing you to move and stay at 4 or fewer runes, those are probably better cards. Overall, this should be a niche play rather than a staple: playable in the right build, but not broadly strong enough to be an automatic include.
