LeBlanc – Deceiver is best suited for an aggressive or tempo-focused Noxus-style deck that frequently conquers locations and floods the board with efficient units, especially one built around strong on-board unit effects worth copying (high-attack finishers, powerful “on play” bodies that stick, or units with strong static combat keywords). Because she costs 0, she’s excellent in decks that can consistently trigger conquer/hold and don’t mind discarding (either due to card draw, discard synergy, or low curve redundancy), turning excess cards into immediate board pressure by duplicating your best unit at a key location. She’s weaker in control decks with few units to copy or in lists that struggle to maintain board presence, since she requires an established unit to gain real value. Whether she should see play depends on the meta: in board-centric, tempo-heavy environments she’s very strong and likely worth inclusion as a 1–2x value engine, but in removal-heavy or control-dominant metas
