Pakaa Protector fits best in a unit-dense midrange or movement-focused deck that can reliably move it every turn and runs enough units—ideally roughly 28–32 or more—to make its reveal a consistent draw rather than merely a temporary +2 Might bonus. It is especially appealing for decks that want to grind value over several turns, since each move can replace itself with another unit, but it is much weaker in spell-heavy, combo, or aggressive lists that cannot afford a five-cost unit without immediate board impact. There is not a strictly better direct replacement for its particular mix of repeatable movement-triggered card advantage and combat scaling; cheaper units may be better for tempo and larger five-cost finishers may be better for raw stats, but they do not fill the same role. Pakaa Protector should see play as a niche-to-solid value card in the right high-unit movement shell, but not as a generic five-drop in every deck.
