Sett – Kingpin fits best in a midrange or board-centric “buff swarm” deck that plays multiple low-to-mid-cost units and consistently enhances them with auras, combat tricks, or permanent stat buffs, since his scaling depends on having several buffed allies in play; he especially shines in lists that can go wide early and then snowball board presence while leveraging his [Tank] keyword to protect key threats. He’s less effective in control (too few units) or pure aggro (often too little time or value from scaling), and he competes with other 4-cost finishers that provide immediate impact (such as units with built-in Overwhelm, direct damage, or on-play effects), which can be stronger in faster metas; however, if the format supports sustained board development and reliable buff engines, Sett can be a strong payoff card and is worth playing as a 2–3 copy centerpiece in buff-focused midrange builds, though he may not be optimal if more self-sufficient or immediately impactful 4-drops are a
