Experimental Hexplate

About Experimental Hexplate

Experimental Hexplate, Gear, designed by 黯荧岛Dark Glow first released in August 2026 in the set Spiritforged. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.16.

Experimental Hexplate is best suited for low-curve tempo or aggressive Mind-rune decks that want cheap, repeatable value from units that trigger on being equipped or that scale with incremental stat boosts, since its 1-cost Equip makes it easy to deploy without losing tempo; it particularly shines in swarm or go-wide shells where multiple small units can turn minor buffs into meaningful pressure. However, in most midrange or control builds it tends to be underpowered compared to more impactful equipment like Runed Warframe (which grants immediate stat boosts plus a defensive keyword) or Synaptic Harness (which provides both a Mind synergy trigger and card advantage), making Hexplate feel like a filler unless your deck specifically rewards cheap attachments. Overall, it’s playable in dedicated Mind-rune synergy lists but generally not a staple, and stronger standalone equipment options usually outclass it in competitive settings.
