About Gearhead

Gearhead, Unit, designed by Six More Vodka & 黯荧岛Dark Glow first released in August 2026 in the set Spiritforged. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.07.

Gearhead looks best in an Equipment-centric midrange or tempo deck that can reliably stack multiple Equipment onto a single unit and generate enough resources to pay the Accelerate cost, since doubling each Equipment’s base Might bonus scales explosively and rewards going “tall” on one threat; it’s especially strong in lists that already run efficient, low-cost Equipment with solid base Might boosts and ways to protect or grant evasion to a single attacker. However, if the current metagame favors wide boards, hard removal, or silence effects, Gearhead becomes riskier because you’re concentrating power into one unit, making it vulnerable to tempo loss; in those cases, standalone high-Might threats or units that grant global buffs may be more consistent. Whether it should see play depends on the card pool, but unless there’s a cheaper unit with a similar scaling ability or a built-in protection effect that makes the “all-in Equipment” strategy safer, Gearhead is likely one of the better
