Morgana, Vindictive would fit best in a midrange-control or tempo deck that can reliably keep units on a battlefield and wants flexible interaction during combat, especially a deck that likes punishing damaged enemy units and turning trade scenarios into extra value; the Ambush timing makes it strongest when you can surprise-kill something already softened up, and the “damage equal to damage marked” effect is at its best in decks that frequently ping, chip, or otherwise leave enemies wounded rather than in pure aggro or pure combo. That said, it’s a fairly narrow removal tool at 5 cost, so whether it should see play depends on the card pool: if there are more efficient unconditional removal cards, or cheaper ambush/reaction cards that answer threats more cleanly, those will usually be better; in most cases a 5-cost reactive finisher-removal is likely overshadowed by lower-cost, more reliable interaction unless the format is slow and creature-heavy. So I’d say it can see play as a meta
