Sacred Protector looks like a niche card for a **tall, low-board-state deck**—something that wants to keep only two units at a battlefield and leverage a strong, protected attacker/defender rather than swarm the board, so it would fit best in a **midrange or control shell with single-unit placement and strong positioning tools**; however, because it only deals combat damage when exactly one other unit you control is at the same battlefield, that condition is fairly restrictive and can make it awkward compared with more flexible 4-cost units that always threaten damage, so in most cases a **better card would be any comparable 4-cost unit with unconditional combat damage or a stronger body/ability without the positioning constraint** (if you’re comparing within the same role, those are usually better), and as a result **Sacred Protector should probably see play only in a deck specifically built to enable its condition consistently**, not as a generic inclusion.
