About Vanguard Sergeant

Vanguard Sergeant, Unit, designed by Six More Vodka first released in March 2026 in the set Origins. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.04.

Since the card text for Vanguard Sergeant wasn’t included, I’ll assume it’s a mid‑cost (4‑cost) unit with a tempo or combat‑oriented effect, which means it would most benefit a midrange or tempo deck that wants solid board presence on curve while maintaining pressure. A 4‑cost unit typically competes with other highly efficient midgame plays, so whether it should see play depends on how much immediate impact it has (such as granting buffs, generating value, or influencing combat the turn it’s played). If there are alternative 4‑cost units that provide stronger immediate board swing, card advantage, or synergy with key archetypes (for example, ones that create additional units, scale with faction mechanics, or have resilient stats), those would likely be better inclusions. Vanguard Sergeant should see play only if its stats and effect are above rate for its cost or if it directly synergizes with a specific Riftbound strategy; otherwise, it risks being outclassed by more impactful midgam
