Hall of Legends fits best in aggressive or tempo-driven decks built around a high-impact Legend that can repeatedly pressure lanes—especially ones with strong attack or on-conquer abilities—since paying 1 energy to ready your Legend after conquering lets you snowball board control and threaten multiple combats in a turn. It’s strongest in midrange “Legend-centric” builds that reliably win battles and have spare energy to convert into extra activations, but weaker in slower control decks that don’t conquer consistently or in swarm decks that don’t rely on their Legend to carry fights. If there are cards that grant unconditional ready effects, cost reduction on Legend abilities, or immediate board impact without requiring a conquer trigger (such as direct ready spells or global tempo boosts), those would generally be stronger because they’re less win-more and don’t depend on already being ahead.
