About Rage Amplifier
Rage Amplifier, Gear, designed by Kudos Productions first released in Jul, 2026 in the set Vendetta.
Rage Amplifier is best in an aggressive, unit-heavy deck that can consistently fill the board and wants to convert a wide attack into a damage burst, especially a red/“rune fury” style deck that can reliably spend the extra empower cost when the game goes long; it is much less appealing in control or combo decks because it does nothing by itself and only pays off if you already have multiple units in play. In most cases, better cards are ones that either give immediate stats for a lower cost or provide a stronger, more reliable team-wide buff without requiring empower setup, so if your card pool includes a cheaper anthem or a card that also protects your board or grants haste/removal, those are usually superior. I’d say Rage Amplifier should see play only if your deck is very creature-dense and wants an explosive finisher, but it is not an automatic include, since a 4-cost buff that may need additional empower investment is fairly slow and can be awkward when you’re behind.
