Final Spark, Spell, designed by Kudos Productions first released in Mar, 2026 in the set Riftbound Organized Play Promotional Cards and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
**Final Spark** is a classic high-cost finisher that fits best in a **slow control or ramp deck** that can reliably reach 8 resources and wants guaranteed removal plus reach in one card—especially decks that aim to stabilize, then close games with direct damage. It’s strongest in metas where large, must-kill units dominate, since 8 damage cleanly answers most threats while also doubling as a finisher. However, if the format includes more efficient removal (for example, a 5–6 cost spell that deals 6–7 damage, or a flexible spell that can split damage, hit multiple targets, or exile a unit), those options are usually better due to tempo and flexibility. Dedicated burn decks likely won’t want it because 8 cost is too slow, and midrange decks prefer cheaper interaction. Overall, it’s playable in control as a top-end removal/finisher hybrid, but only if the format lacks more cost-efficient alternatives.
