Wake up, babe, new theories about Vendetta are here!

Two legends in the fourth Riftbound set, Vendetta, are yet to be revealed, but we still don't know the colors of most of the champions that were already revealed.

Today, let's try to guess these colors and the two champions that are still yet to be revealed!

Some of the images below were taken from Riftbound Reportlink outside website.

What We Know

Recently, Riot revealed Zed's and Shen's colors.

Zed will be purple and red, and Shen will be green and yellow. They're complete opposites, which fits the theme of the set.

What is All But Confirmed

This hasn't been confirmed, but it's almost certain Akali, the main champion in this set and the poster girl for all the official promo artworks, will be red and green.

That's because, in her main artwork, she shows up against a green/red background, and she really fits Fury and Calm flavor-wise.

Old Theories

In the past, the most accepted theory was that Mel and Ambessa would be the other two legends with opposing colors. Mel would be purple and yellow, and Ambessa would be blue and orange.

We can't discard this theory completely because to this day it is the most logical one: these two characters really fit these colors, flavor-wise, and they showed up with Akali in this set's promo artworks.

However, some new theories point out that they might not be the new characters with opposing colors.

New Theories

First, let's discuss Renekton and Nasus. The main theory is that they'll both be Body champions, but their second colors will oppose each other.

In this case, Renekton would be red and orange, and Nasus green and orange. They both really fit orange because they're gigantic and strong. These color combinations also fit their story, flavor-wise, and fit the main theme of the set.

The second new theory is that Mel and Ambessa are not legends with opposing colors but rather yellow legends and their secondary colors oppose each other.

In this case, Mel would be blue and yellow, like set 1's Viktor and set 3's Jayce (most likely), which makes a lot of sense considering her theme.

Ambessa would be orange and yellow, which fits this character a lot more than blue and yellow.

Finally, our last theory is that the characters that are yet to be revealed are the ones that will have opposing colors.

In the League of Legends universe, only 2 characters match these colors and are also "rivals": Camille and Jhin.

Most of the community agrees that Jhin is the perfect choice for the first purple and yellow character in the game, but a blue and orange character is still difficult to imagine.

Some characters fit Mind & Body, like Dr. Mundo and Udyr, but they don't fit the theme of the set. Only Camille would make sense, considering everything.
