Cloud Drake would mainly fit into slower blue-based control or midrange decks that want a sturdy 6-cost unit with built-in card replacement, since “draw 1” helps offset the tempo loss of spending a whole turn on a unit and keeps your hand flowing. It’s most useful in decks that care about stabilizing and grinding value rather than racing, especially if they lack enough draw already. That said, a card like this is usually only “good,” not exceptional: if there are other 6-cost units that either draw more than one card, generate immediate board impact, remove something, or have stronger stats/keywords, those are often better choices. Whether Cloud Drake should see play depends on the card pool and format speed, but in a normal competitive environment it would probably be a fringe to solid role-player rather than an auto-include, because a single draw on play is nice but often not enough to make a 6-cost unit stand out unless its body is also efficiently costed.
