Ferrous Forerunner

About Ferrous Forerunner

Ferrous Forerunner, Unit, designed by Envar Studio first released in August 2026 in the set Spiritforged. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 3.25.

Ferrous Forerunner fits best in a midrange or sacrifice‑synergy Mech deck that wants value on death and benefits from multiple bodies entering the base, especially lists built around Deathknell triggers, token buffs, or effects that convert extra units into damage or resources. At 6 cost it’s fairly slow, so it’s strongest in grindy matchups where the two 3 :rb_might: Mech tokens represent resilient board presence and post‑removal value, but it’s weaker in fast aggro metas or highly optimized combo builds. If your format includes more efficient 6‑cost finishers that generate immediate impact (for example, a Mech that deals damage on entry or buffs your whole board right away), those are generally better in aggressive or tempo shells because they don’t require dying to create value. Overall, Ferrous Forerunner is playable in dedicated Mech/Deathknell synergy decks, but it’s likely a role‑player rather than a staple unless the token synergy in your list is particularly strong.
