Warwick - Hunter, Unit, designed by League Splash Team first released in Mar, 2026 in the set Riftbound Promotional Cards and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Warwick – Hunter is best suited for midrange or control decks that can reliably chip down multiple enemy units before attacking, since his value hinges on enemies already being damaged; archetypes that use pings, small AoE effects, or efficient trading (such as removal-heavy control or attrition-based midrange builds) will get the most out of his “kill all damaged enemy units here” trigger, effectively turning him into a board-swing threat the turn he attacks because he enters ready. However, at 6 cost he competes with more immediately impactful or unconditional finishers and board clears—cards that either remove units without setup, provide immediate value on play, or generate ongoing advantage—so in metas where direct board wipes or large standalone threats are available at similar cost, those may be more consistent choices. Warwick should see play primarily in decks built to enable him and in metagames with wide boards and combat-focused strategies, but he is likely too conditional
