Cards to Deal With Vex - ApatheticToday, let's go over the best cards in each Domain to deal with the most annoying card in the current meta, Vex - Apathetic.Let's see what each color can do about this unit, whether that's removing it or something more unusual. No matter what they do, though, all the cards below can deal with Vex's effect.Fury - RedIf you play red, you'll struggle the most to remove Vex - Apathetic. Your removals end up too expensive because of Vex's Deflect, and everything red cards can do can be answered with Defy. Falling Star becomes a 2-energy, 4-power spell when it targets Vex, which can solve it every once in a while. Most often, though, you'll just end up behind after you use this card. The best alternative is to build faster decks with many early-game units and buff their Might with spells like Cleave or Blood Rush when you attack. One spell that can deal with Vex is Void Seeker, but it only works if your opponent can't answer it in any way, like with Defy or by buffing Vex's Might.Pyke players can usually play Death From Below to deal with Vex, but this is still too expensive because of Deflect.Calm - GreenCalm won't struggle that much with Vex because Calm decks often play Vex.Green decks can also ignore Vex by holding the other battlefield and using cards like Ahri - Alluring to get more points and tie or even get ahead.Cards like Charm, Blitzcrank, and Tricksy Tentacles are great ways to force Vex into combat, moving her into your battlefield, or just to force her out of her own battlefield and disable her effect.Mind - BlueBlue struggles a bit against Vex, but it has interesting, very efficient answers against it.The most popular of them is the new card, Crescent Strike, which can deal with Vex directly if the opponent can't answer it. It's cheap and punishes the opponent for committing and passing their turn without any runes ready.Falling Comet and Singularity are great ways to remove Vex directly, and Defy can't deal with them. The best blue card to remove Vex is, without a question, Unchecked Power, an expensive spell in the game and out of it. But it will deal with Vex's entire board.Body - OrangeJust like Fury, Body struggles with Vex, but it can stack units in the base and set up a strong attack with combat tricks.Punch First is essential, as that's how you'll buff your attacker's Might. The secret is playing this spell on the unit with the least amount of Might on your board. Like so, you won't have to worry about a Stun or Bounce effect destroying your attack.Challenge is a cheap spell that can deal with Vex most of the time, but Defy can stop it.Some signature spells that came out in Set 3 are also great against Vex, like Keeper's Verdict and Void Assault. You can pull her into combat with Kha'Zix's spell or send her back to the top of the enemy deck with Poppy's spell. But the best answer for Vex out of all the cards in this list is Elder Dragon, which is probably the best card in the game nowadays.Chaos - PurpleChaos can deal with Vex really well by sending her back to the opponent's hand with Rebuke or Star-Crossed. You can also pull her into combat with Diana's Moonfall or Blast Cone.In slow matches, Downwell can be extremely strong. It will deal with Vex as well as all the enemy units next to her.Order - YellowOrder is the best Domain to deal with Vex. Nearly everything yellow cards do can deal with Vex. For instance, Hidden Blade and Cull the Weak, staple spells in any yellow deck, can deal with Vex directly if you play them wisely.Drag Under and Imperial Decree are pretty expensive, but they can deal with Vex as well. These cards are strong and usually do more than just remove Vex if you set them up beforehand. For instance, you can set up a board with lots of units or save a lot of runes to spend everything when you play these spells.Token decks can set up a giant board and use Grand Strategem to prevent the Vex player from doing anything. With this spell, you won't have to worry about Stuns or Bounces as much. The strongest card in the end will always be The Ruination. Besides killing Vex, it kills all other units, regardless of where they are. This spell is expensive, but, in decks that play lots of Deathknell effects, it actually isn't that expensive. If you get Harnessed Dragon straight from Baited Hook, it's another yellow card that can destroy all the value Vex creates completely.Final WordsWhat did you think of these cards?
