During the Vancouver Riftbound Regional Tournament, we got several surprises and updates regarding Radiance, the next Riftbound set.

In this article, let's go through everything we know about Radiance so far and also speculate a bit.

Everything Already Confirmed About Radiance

Radiance, just like Vendetta, will only bring 9 Legends.

The Legends confirmed so far are Ekko, Evelynn, Seraphine, Jarvan IV, and Ziggs.

Riot has already revealed Evelynn's and Seraphine's colors as well! Evelynn will be orange and purple, and Seraphine will be blue and yellow.

These characters will get their own exclusive "Starter Deck box", and the picture below ended up revealing their domains.

Seraphine's champion card was also revealed. It centers around tokens and gets stronger the more exhausted tokens are in play.

Another detail Riot confirmed about this set is that this time Pre-Release kits will include different decks for all 9 new legends.

They also teased Ekko's champion card, Evelynn's champion card, and Seraphine's champion card, and confirmed that Ekko will be blue.

Theories

Once Akali is released in Set 4 and Seraphine and Evelynn are released in Set 5, all K/DA members will be part of Riftbound. Considering Radiance is all about music, sparkles, and explosions, it's possible we'll get alternative arts inspired by K/DA.

Vendetta will change the proportion of Legends to domain combinations pretty drastically. We'll get opposite domain combinations and less legends once this set comes out. Radiance will also have less legends, which makes me believe that we'll get legends in opposite domains as well. Now we only need to figure out what they are.

Ekko is almost confirmed to be blue and purple, since the teasers show him as a blue champion, and he appears in the background of many purple cards. He is also referenced in many purple cards or is part of the inspiration behind them.
