About Stormbind
Stormbind, Enchantment, designed by NéNé Thomas & Phillip Mosness first released in Jun, 1995 in the set Ice Age and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
This card, Stormbind, would be beneficial in a red-green aggressive deck looking to apply pressure and deal direct damage to the opponent or key creatures. However, there are better options available such as Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning, which offer more efficient and reliable damage output. Stormbind may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks due to its randomness and higher cost compared to other more powerful burn spells.
