About Valkuil
Valkuil, Direct – valstrik, designed by Franz Vohwinkel first released in May, 2020 in the set Zendikar and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Pitfall Trap zou vooral nuttig zijn in een wit controle- of defensief kaartspel dat tot doel heeft het bord te beheren door bedreigingen efficiënt te verwijderen. De mogelijkheid om voor slechts {W} te worden gecast wanneer slechts één wezen aanvalt, maakt het een kosteneffectieve verwijderingsoptie, vooral in formaten waarin agressieve strategieën de overhand hebben. Er zijn echter sterkere alternatieven, zoals Path to Exile of Swords to Plowshares, die een wezen kunnen verbannen, ongeacht zijn aanvalsstatus, en vaak extra voordelen bieden. Hoewel Pitfall Trap spel in specifieke scenario's kan zien, vooral in beperkte formaten of casual spel, is het misschien niet de optimale keuze in competitieve omgevingen waar veelzijdigere verwijderingsspreuken beschikbaar zijn.
