About Wildclaw Shaman
Wildclaw Shaman, Unit, designed by Kudos Productions first released in Mar, 2026 in the set Origins.
Wildclaw Shaman fits best in aggressive or midrange Riftbound decks that consistently generate expendable buffs—especially lists built around stacking temporary stat boosts, keywords, or might counters—because it effectively converts an existing buff into immediate tempo by readying itself, allowing double attacks, double triggers, or instant board impact the turn it’s played; in buff-heavy synergy shells, it can act as a 4-cost pseudo-finisher or pressure spike, particularly if you can reliably grant it meaningful buffs before or as it enters play. However, in decks that don’t naturally produce spare buffs, it’s merely an average-rate unit that requires setup, making more self-sufficient 4-cost threats or units with built-in immediate value (such as ones that generate their own lasting buffs, summon additional bodies, or provide removal on play) generally stronger and more consistent choices; as a result, Wildclaw Shaman should see play primarily in dedicated buff-synergy builds rathe
