About Grim Tutor
Grim Tutor, Sorcery, designed by Mark Tedin first released in Jul, 1999 in the set Starter 1999 and was printed exactly in 10 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
A control or combo deck that values consistency and is willing to pay life for powerful tutoring effects would benefit from including Grim Tutor in their deck. While there are more efficient tutor cards like Demonic Tutor or Vampiric Tutor, Grim Tutor can still be a strong addition for decks that need additional search options. Whether or not Grim Tutor should see play depends on the specific strategy and card pool of the deck, as well as the player's willingness to pay the life cost for the tutoring effect.
