However, in faster or more competitive environments, a 5‑cost conditional recursion effect may be too slow compared to cheaper or more flexible revival/value tools (such as lower‑cost units that recur any creature type, spells that return units directly to play instead of hand, or multi‑card draw engines that don’t require tribal constraints), which would generally be stronger if available in your format.
